Bio
1990 is when it started for me. I was the first friendly voice that you heard when you called SeaWorld San Antonio’s main number, 210-523-3000. Over the next several years, I became SeaWorld’s guest comment coordinator and then moved to the Marketing Department. I started in Marketing in 1998 as the group sales account coordinator. In 2003 I not only began managing the call center but I gave birth to a set of triplets. Two years later I became the representative who handled various markets and programs, including Tour and Travel, Youth, Education Marketing as well as Radio and TV. Most recently, I am responsible for SeaWorld San Antonio’s Loyalty program, which is communicating with our pass members on all of the great reasons to visit our beautiful park.
Blogging Philosophy
The guest is the most important asset we have. Regardless of what position I have held, serving guests with real answers and helping them to plan their visits in the most efficient way possible is my foundation. I view myself as a visitors’ advocate.
