Bio
I like to think my career at SeaWorld started in the 6th grade, when I decided that I wanted to work with animals during a school trip here at the park. 23 years later, not only do I manage those very same school field experiences, but I also manage a variety of other programs that allow guests to learn more about our animals, including park tours, education at the pools, visits to schools, teacher programs, and more. I love sharing my lifelong passion about the ocean, and I hope that someday another student we educate will be inspired the same way I was during that field trip all those years ago.
Blogging Philosophy
I hope to share about all of the opportunities that guests have to learn about, get closer to, and make connections with the animals here at SeaWorld. I truly believe that the more we know about the world around us, the more likely we are to care about it and the creatures that call it home.
