A native of San Antonio, Chuck Cureau is a supervisor in the Animal Training department. During his 20-year SeaWorld San Antonio career, Chuck has trained and performed with beluga whales, Pacific whitesided dolphins and sea lions; been a tour guide; and has performed in many other SeaWorld productions including the Howl-O-Scream Jack is Back show and Shamu Rocks Texas. Outside SeaWorld, Chuck enjoys a successful career as a professional actor and TV personality, and is an announcer for the San Antonio Spurs National Basketball team.

My personal philosophy/mission statement is to use my skills and talents to create happiness for myself and others. In the same way, I hope to create happiness and interest in SeaWorld from our guests by giving them a glimpse into the realities of being an animal trainer, performer and Sea World team member. It’s been an exciting and interesting ride. And, it’s more fun if I can share it with people!
