I have over 20 years experience in the theme park business. I moved to San Antonio in 1999 to work at SeaWorld San Antonio. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University. My current responsibilities include overseeing our park’s Web site, working directly with hotel partners to create vacation packages and managing our call center. I have been a regular  guest speaker at UTSA for Dr. Tom Cannon’s Hospitality/Tourism Marketing class. I am excited to be part of SeaWorld San Antonio’s blog team, the first of its kind for our company.

My blogs will provide an inside look on how our Web site is developed and how we determined what should be presented to our guest to see and read. Maybe I’ll learn something myself.
