So far we’ve had an amazing year for SeaWorld San Antonio! With so many new attractions, new shows and changes, it’s hard to keep up. Hopefully you’ve taken the time to check out our new area for the kids, Sesame Street Bay of Play. Chances are that you even stumbled upon one or all of our remodeled gift shops. Plus we are all patiently awaiting the release of our all-new Shamu show, “One Ocean.”
One thing that I’m very picky about is where I eat…I don’t know about you, but once I find a place or something on the menu that I like, I typically eat that every single time and don’t usually stray. If you’re like me you probably haven’t gotten a chance to eat at all of our “refreshed” restaurants.
Mango Joe’s is now Rosita’s Cafe, Voyagers by Ski Lake has become Shamu’s Smokehouse and Rio Loco BBQ has been remodeled to Rio Grille. The main focus of today’s post is Rio Grille, more specifically the gourmet burgers featured on their menu. Yum!
The menu has three gourmet burgers as well as wraps salads and even a jumbo chili cheese dog. Let’s get back to what’s really important though, those burgers!
- 1/3 lb USDA choice beef grilled to perfection topped with American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and pickles - make it a double with a 2/3 lb burger!
- 1/3 lb USDA choice beef grilled to perfection topped with fresh jalapenos, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles.
- 1/3 lb USDA choice beef grilled to perfection topped with chili, cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles.
Then get your choice of potato salad, macaroni salad or potato chips to compliment your favorite burger. We are trying to offer healthier options to go with your burger rather than french fries, but don't worry, fries are not banned throughout the whole park. I bet you know exactly where and what you are going to eat the next time you visit the park... I know I do!
