Behind the SeaWorld Kitchen Door: Production Bakery

What are you doing at 4:30 in the morning?

Some people are just waking up, some are going to bed and most are already comfortably asleep.

But behind the scenes at SeaWorld San Antonio, the Production Bakery Team has already begun baking various items for the next day! These night owls are known to start prepping and baking as early as 4:30 in the morning!

Why do they start so early? Because they have to produce large quantities of quality baked goods for thousands of guests each day!
