Military Child Appreciation Day

April is the Month of the Military Child, and SeaWorld San Antonio was honored to be a part of celebrating with them at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas earlier this month. Shamu came out to meet and greet with children between their baseball, t-ball and soccer games and even hand out some bubbles to the little ones.

Looking for some one-on-one time with Jack? My husband and I got to enjoy dinner and Jack’s company during Dine with Jack at SeaWorld San Antonio, and I must say this was definitely a new twist on date night!

Texas Media Previews Aquatica

Aquatica San Antonio will be coming to SeaWorld in May 2012. Recently, we had the opportunity to take some San Antonio media and Texas bloggers to Aquatica in Orlando, Florida for a familiarization tour. When given the chance to go, I gladly said YES! This was my very first time to see Florida, so to get the chance to finally visit our sister parks was exciting.

Animal Athletes at SeaWorld

We’re gearing up for the 2nd annual Run for the Fund, and all this talk about physical fitness and ability got us thinking about some of the incredible athletic adaptations animals have that help them compete in the everyday “game” of survival. They rely on these adaptations to help them find food, reproduce, move, and communicate with other animals.

Sea Lions Cheer On Run for the Fund Participants
