Leadership training in the SeaWorld San Antonio Culinary Operations Department means some friendly competition between leadership teams with the proceeds going to the SeaWorld-Busch Gardens Conservation Fund.

I’ve been involved in training for a while now and I’ve noticed that when I mention a new training program we’re adopting, most people assume it will be a long and boring affair involving a classroom, videos with bad acting, and a PowerPoint presentation.

Now, I wouldn’t call any of the training we administer boring by any means, and to prove it, I’d like to introduce you to our newest training program, called the Culinary Quest.

So far we’ve had an amazing year for SeaWorld San Antonio! With so many new attractions, new shows and changes, it’s hard to keep up.
