Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or claim prize. The digital Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. SeaWorld San Antonio (“Sponsor”) and their respective companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and the families and persons living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

How to enter: There is one way to win: by random drawing through online entry by leaving a comment about how you have Paid It Forward. Entry is free of charge. Access to a current email account is required and must be left in your comment at http://bit.ly/MiracleCard. Each registration counts as a single entry. Only one comment per person is accepted. Comment entries that contain defamatory, obscene, lewd, or inappropriate text, language, images, or other material will be disqualified (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion). A trackback or comment on Twitter captured by software on the site will not constitute an entry, nor will any comment left on entries at Facebook which point to the Giveaway site.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins December 10, 2009, 10 am CT and ends on January 1, 2010, at 5 pm CT (the “Giveaway Period”). During this time, Three (3) random drawings will be held, one each on December 18, 2009. December 25, 2009 and January 1, 2010, between 5 pm. And 12 am CT.

Entries will not be acknowledged. The Giveaway does not include any other expenses not listed. No substitutions will be made for any prize except at the discretion of SeaWorld San Antonio, who may substitute prizes of equivalent, lesser or greater value. No cash in lieu of prize.

Selection of Winners: RANDOM DRAWING: Three (3) random drawings will be held, one each on December 18, 2009. December 25, 2009 and January 1, 2010, at 5 pm. Drawings will be conducted at the end of each listed day after 5 pm and before 12:00 a.m. CT during the Giveaway Period where the Sponsor will randomly select one entrant from the eligible pool of entries. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries (comments) received. No participant may win more than a single drawing. Winners will receive a four-pack of one-day admission tickets to SeaWorld San Antonio that must be used on or before January 3, 2010.

The winners will be notified via the e-mail which they used in their comment no later than 12 midnight on the day of the drawing and will have 24 hours to claim their prize via e-mail. If a winner cannot be contacted during that timeframe, the Sponsor will select new winners at the Sponsors discretion. Winners must provide the name of the person who will pick up the tickets at Guest Relations. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be the registered owner of the email account. The Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for e-mail that is lost, misdirected, that ends up in a spam folder, or that was misspelled or incorrect in the online entry.

Once the winner contacts the sponsor, the sponsor will make every effort to make the tickets available at Guest Relations within one (1) operating day (SeaWorld is operating every day between December 18 (the first giveaway day) and January 3, 2010 (the last operating day of the season).

The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winner will be required to pick up their tickets at Guest Relations and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If tickets are not picked up before January 3, 2010, they will no longer be valid. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Entry must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. CT on the day of each drawing.

General: All entries become the property of Sponsor. Entry constitutes permission, where lawful, to use name and/or likeness and/or voice of any winner in any manner, form, or media by the Sponsor or its agents without further compensation. Sponsor, Google, Twitter, and their employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively “Giveaway Entities”) are not responsible for misdirected, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, lost, late, illegible, damaged or undeliverable entries, technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or other errors, omissions, interruptions or problems which may limit or affect an entrant’s ability to participate in the Giveaway, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries or selection of winners, the announcement of a Prize or in any Giveaway -related materials. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. Giveaway Entities disclaim any and all liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest. In the event of fraud, sabotage, acts of God, terrorism, or threats thereof, technical failures, computer virus, damage to or loss of any Prize, or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, which impair the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Giveaway (or a portion thereof). Entrants are responsible for all costs and expenses involved in accessing the Internet and otherwise participating in the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet, Twitter Site, or cannot click-through for any period of time regardless of technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination, or network problems, for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Giveaway at any time if in Sponsor’s sole judgment entrant is ineligible or an entry does not comply with, and/or the entrant or the entrant’s parent or legal guardian has not complied, with these Official Rules. An entrant’s entry will also be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if the entrant (i) attempts to enter the Giveaway through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) provides information that is inaccurate or fraudulent; or (iii) attempts to disrupt the Giveaway or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Only the number of Prizes listed in the Official Rules will be awarded.
